1. Agreement

By purchasing or using LeadGaps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LeadGaps is operated by LocalTradeTools.com ("we", "us", "our"), United Kingdom. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Service.

2. The Service

LeadGaps is a browser-based longtail keyword research tool. Upon purchase you receive:

• Lifetime access to the LeadGaps keyword research tool
• Up to 30 longtail keyword results per seed keyword search
• Five data points per keyword: competition rating, competing pages, average search volume, search intent, and CPC
• Access to 20+ country datasets
• Unlimited seed keyword searches

The Service is provided "as is". We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the tool at any time. Features described on the sales page reflect the current version at the time of purchase.

3. Licence

Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use LeadGaps for your own business or personal keyword research purposes.

Your licence is tied to the email address used at the point of purchase. This email address is your licence key. You must not share, sell, or transfer your licence key to any other person.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Share your licence key (email address) with any third party
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data in bulk
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive

Breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your licence without refund.

5. Payment & Pricing

LeadGaps is sold as a one-time payment of £67 (GBP). Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. Prices may change for new purchases but existing licences will not be affected.

6. No-Refund Policy

LeadGaps is a digital product that provides instant browser-based access upon purchase. The full functionality, features and scope of the tool are clearly described on the sales page prior to purchase. By completing your purchase you confirm you have read and understood what the product delivers. All sales are final — no refunds are issued.

If you experience a technical fault that prevents access and which we cannot resolve within 48 hours of being notified, we will consider a remedy on a case-by-case basis. To report a technical issue, email Contact Us.

7. Availability & Uptime

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, hosting outages, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence (£67).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the LeadGaps Service is the intellectual property of LocalTradeTools.com. The keyword data returned by the tool is provided for your personal research use only. You may not republish, resell, or distribute data outputs from the Service commercially.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date.
